Penelope Bourbon is a rapidly growing American whiskey brand known for its signature four-grain mash bill (corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley) and innovative finishing techniques. Founded in 2018 by Mike and Kerry Paladini to celebrate their daughter's birth, the brand is currently distilled at the Ross & Squibb Distillery (formerly MGP) in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
